KORY MINGUS

Kory's theatrical experience started in Tübingen, Germany in 1992 with the role of Bellair in Charles Macklin's "A Will And No Will". This play was put on by the Anglo-Irish Theatre Group founded in 1980 to explore the length, breadth and depth of Irish drama written in the English language. This was quickly followed by taking on the role of Barnett Lloyd in "Crimes Of The Heart" performed by the Provisional Players, a theater group based in Tübingen and putting on American plays exclusively. The open road, finishing college, which in 1998 included taking acting classes regarding the principles of acting under the tutelage of Instructor Marcia Fredricks and auditioning with Instructors Gigi Steyers and Tom Gough, and starting a new career took up the time before Kory's next theatrical excursion. In 1999 as Snout, the Tinker in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" performed by San Jose's Northside Theater.
